Icertis, the leading provider of contract lifecycle management in the Microsoft Cloud, today announced a new level of integration between the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Dynamics AX. Microsoft and Icertis customers will now be able to fully automate their lead-to-cash (L2C) business process, resulting in increased sales velocity, improved commitment management and enhanced customer success. The updates are being announced ahead of Microsoft Envision, taking place April 4-6 in New Orleans, LA, where Icertis will be speaking and exhibiting.

Microsoft’s Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM Online continue to gain significant traction based on their ease of use and ability to easily integrate with other technologies already in the enterprise. Following Microsoft’s announcement earlier this year to make Dynamics AX available in the cloud, analysts anticipate that even more enterprise customers will standardize on Microsoft, presenting greater opportunities for integration partners like Icertis.
